Postings

When using the posting system on Time in Transit, users are required to submit their name, e-mail address and country of origin. When approved postings appear on the site, Time in Transit hides all e-mail addresses from the general public and only your name and country of origin appear in relation to the posting. No e-mail addresses are stored in any publicly-accessible retrieval system.

Newsletters and mailing lists

When you subscribe to our mailing list or e-newsletter, you are required to submit your name and e-mail address.

Any contact details or personal information collected by Time in Transit will only used for purposes such as the mailing of Time in Transit’s own newsletters, providing updates on services and products provided by Time in Transit, or responding to feedback from users.

We do not release or sell contact details or any other personal information to marketing or advertising companies.

You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by sending a blank e-mail with no subject to unsubscribe@timeintransit.com

Competitions and polls

Time in Transit may occasionally run competitions or polls on the site. When you enter competitions or respond to polls, we may ask you to submit certain information about yourself and your travel habits.
