Inside the airport
Staying in touch
- Kuwait airport now has free wireless internet access inside the terminal, although the connection can be a bit patchy.
- There are public payphones inside the terminal also in the airport mall. Some accept coins while others require purchasing a charge card. Ask at the information counters for more details
- Kuwait has two local mobile phone networks, one of which should automatically connect to your foreign mobile once you switch your phone back on after landing.
- In addition, the two airline lounges also have business centres with internet terminals, wireless access and telephone and fax facilities. If you’re flying economy then you’ll need to pay a small fee to access them – see our Lounges section for more details.
- There is no post office inside Kuwait airport.
