Inside the airport
Bahrain’s airport has a full range of telephone, internet and postal facilities:
- The terminal is equipped with free wireless internet for laptop users
- To use a computer or other business services, such as printing and faxing, use the Al Dana business centre. It’s located down the stairs from Gate 16A, close to Gates 31-34. Internet access costs BD1 ($2.65) for every 30 minute period.
- Bahrain has modern mobile telephone links. International mobiles should automatically connect to one of the local networks as soon as you touch down.
- The airport has its own post office, near to Gate 16A. Perfect for sending postcards in transit.
- Payphones are located throughout the terminal, accepting cash and credit cards.
